Reading your own books
A short guide, written from the ledger outward. Start with what you connect, then count the people who touch it.
One login, a business checking account and a card. Solo files every transaction as it posts and hands you a profit and loss each month. Outgrow two accounts and Ledger is the next step.
Up to five people, as many bank and card connections as you hold, reconciliation that runs on its own and tax estimates that arrive before the deadline does.
Unlimited users, consolidated statements across entities, a twelve-month cash forecast and a dedicated accountant to answer the questions the software cannot.

One payment a year, then the close takes care of itself.
Annual billing means no monthly invoice to reconcile, which seems only fair for a product that reconciles everything else.

What Ledger adds
The step from Solo to Ledger is the step from a categorized list to a closed one. Every bank and card line is matched against its statement as it posts, receipts pair themselves to charges, and whatever fails to match rises to the top with a likely partner.

Billing, plainly
The terms of the arrangement, written down where you can find them.
The yearly price of the plan you choose: $179 for Solo, $479 for Ledger or $739 for Controller, in US dollars. There are no per-transaction charges and no extra fee for adding a connected account on Ledger or Controller.
Once, at the start of your plan year, and again on the same date a year later while the plan stays active. Cinch does not bill monthly.
Open Settings, choose your plan and select cancel. Your plan then simply does not renew on its anniversary, and you keep access to your books until the year you paid for has run its course.
Yes. Pick the plan you want from this page when you are ready, and your connections, categories and saved rules stay exactly where they were.
Your transactions, statements and reports stay yours. Export them from Reports before your plan ends and take the ledger with you.
